LifeCome Care provides you with flexible and dependable care and support services. We care for children, adults (18+) and the elderly, including those with dementia in the privacy of their home. LifeCome Care provides comprehensive support services to individuals with Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health, Sensory Impairment and Physical Disability. Our trained Support Workers are there to ensure that individuals are supported, encouraged and motivated to acquire daily living skills.

• Daily care ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour or more
• 24-hr live care and support tailored to your needs
• Wake-in nights
• Sleep-in
• Sit-in & respite

There is no limit to the type of support or help with activities of daily living / tasks we can offer you or your loved ones:

• Personal care and assistance with medication
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Shopping and domestic tasks such as laundry and cleaning
• Support to attend appointments, Day Centres and social visits
• Peg-feeding and Catheter care.
