Excellent care, I would highly recommend this agency. My dad has never needed a Carer, but due to circumstances, he was allocated a particular gentleman. He is hard-working, polite, attentive to my dad’s needs. In the short time he has been working with my dad, he has got him to leave his home to go for a walk, something that I have been trying to do with my dad for over a year. My dad generally seems much happier since he has been visiting him. The agency gives routine calls to see if you have any worries or concerns.
