At LifeCome Care, we provide high-quality supported living services designed to help people live safely, confidently, and independently. Each of our homes offers a warm, respectful environment with 24/7 on-site staff, ensuring support is always available when it’s needed.
Our supported living accommodation is suitable for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, ADHD/ADD, acquired brain injuries, complex needs, dual diagnosis, physical or sensory disabilities, and those with trauma histories, offending backgrounds, or high-risk behaviours.

What We Offer
24/7 staffed Supported Living
(Waking night/sleep-in as clinically required), with outcomes-driven support plans and positive risk-taking. Supported living keeps tenancy rights separate from care and is regulated for Personal Care by the CQC.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
For people whose behaviour challenges, reducing restrictive practices and improving quality of life.
Step-Down Services (Hospital Discharge & Flow)
Short-to-medium-term placements that enable safe, timely discharge, reduce length of stay, and support re-integration to community life. We work to CPA plans, s117 aftercare and PHBs.
Recovery, Skills & Independence: daily living skills
Medication support, budgeting, community access, education/employment pathways, digital inclusion and peer support delivered through trauma-informed practice.
Clinical & MDT Partnership
Close liaison with NHS clinicians and local authority teams; access to neuro/psychology, OT and SLT where needed for ABI and complex LD&A.
