HOW WE WORK
We have the systems in place and take the time to match you with the best staff for your needs. Many Customers have a Carer only during the night, on weekends, or for transportation to medical appointments. Lifecome Care is totally flexible and happy to provide care and support whenever and wherever needed. It’s your choice! Rest assured whatever kind or level of care you require will be provided by highly professional, well trained and truly devoted carers. Our unique process begins with a complimentary at home "assessment" where we will discuss you or your loved one's specific needs, as well as share information about our services and professional Care and Support Workers. Our approach is collaborative and you decide the level of care you require and the types of activities you need help with and we will tailor the service to your specific needs. With your input we design a care or support plan customised to your needs. You decide on the best staff suited to your needs and we always ensure that you have the same Carer or Support Worker, thereby fostering deeper companionship, enhancing safety and eliminating confusion.
