Our services are flexible and you can purchase your care or support package in half hourly, hourly or three quarters of an hour batch. Care or support arrangements can also be for brief periods of time or long term. Please contact us for our affordable and highly competitive price list.
Payments
We provide services to self-funding clients, direct payments and Social Services commissioned clients. Direct payments are for individuals who have been assessed as needing help from Social Services, and would like to arrange and pay for their own care and support services instead of receiving them directly from Social Services. Every individual is offered this after a social services assessment. For those who choose direct payments they get greater choice and control over the support they receive. Direct payments can be used to buy either all of the support that a person has been assessed as needing, or just part of that support. We accept payment for care and support services through standing order, cheque, bank transfer or the Kent Card.
